- Take a pressure cooker put oil then add hing,garlic and whole spices splitter then add onion,green chilli,ginger saute.
- Take a vessel put whisk curd then add besan,salt,red chilli,turmeric and garam masala mix then add water.That batter put in pressure cooker mix and cook in slow heat at half an hour.
- Take a mixing bowl put besan,salt,chilli,ajwain and onion mix make a semi liquid batter.
- Take a wok add oil then oil heat make a pakoras fry in both sides.
- After cook then add pakoras sprinkle coriander serve hot.
