- Toast bread and place in a baking dish. Top each with 7 oz of turkey, add slices of tomato and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with more cheddar and place under the broiler untill cheese is brown and bubbly.
- Cover with crispy bacon pieces and sprinkle with paprika and parsley or green onion, Serve hot.
- The original recipe calls for Gruyere cheese, because this is not easy to find in my area i used shredded cheddar. I plan on using parmesan or a white cheddar next time i make it.
