- Get 500 gm sweet corn kernels
- Take 4 tsp gram flour
- Take 2 tsp semolina
- Prepare 2 tsp green chilli paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder

- Get 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Get As required Water
- Take As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Corn Pakoda:
- Take Chilli cutter and add corn kernels. Churn it into cutter. Take all churn corn in mixing bowl.
- Add gram flour, semolina, all Masalas, Chilli Ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and if required add some water and make dropping consistency batter.
- Now add oil in deep frying pan and keep on medium flame. Once the oil get hot. Add baking soda to the batter hot oil. And start mixing the batter thoroughly. The batter will become smooth and light. Now drop small portion of batter with your hand in hot oil.
- Once it get golden in colour take it out.
- Serve hot with onions, lemon, fried chillies and Ketchup. Enjoyyyyy the rainy season.
