  1. Get 2 cups sweet corn kernels
  2. Get 1/2 cup besan
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
  4. Prepare 2 spicy green chillies finely chopped
  5. Take 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 1 /4 tsp tumeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Make ready Oil for frying
Steps to make Corn Pakoras:
  1. Crush sweet corn kernels coarsely in chopper. Put it mixing bowl. Add besan, corn flour, chopped green chillies, corainder leaves,red chilli powder,salt. Mix well to make thick pakoras batter.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan. Take little pakoras batter,give round shape with fingers, drop in hot oil few at a time. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
  3. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Corn Pakoras with hot tea/coffee.
