  13. Make ready 1/2 Cup Cream
Steps to make Paneer Kofte:
  1. For Kofta:-
  2. Grate Paneer and Add Bread Crumbs, Salt and make balls. (for cover)
  3. Stuff Mawa and Dry Fruits into the cover and fry them
  4. For Gravy:-
  5. Put 1 Tsp oil in kadhai, add Dal Cheeni, Cardamom, Tomatoes, Kaju, salt and Mirchi Powder and cook till Tomatoes go soft.
  6. Let it cool and then grind in Grinder.
  7. Take 1 Tsp Oil in Kadhai, Mirchi Powder, Kitchen King Masala and the Grinded Tomato Paste and cook for 5-7 mins
  8. Add Cream and kasuri methi
  9. Add Koftas 2-3 mins before serving
  10. Grate paneer on top for garnish
