- Keep stirring continuously till the colour of the flour changes to golden brown smell the aroma of roasted atta It will also begin to release ghee. Do not heat on a high heat flame.
- Now turn the heat to high and add 3 cups of water. The water gets absorbed by the flour in just a few seconds. Stir to ensure that no lumps are formed in the process.
- When the water has been absorbed, add 1 cup sugar. Mix well as the sugar melts due to the heat.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped kaju for garnishing.serve hot
