- Put another clean cooking pot on fire. Put oil, once heated,add the sliced onions and coriander. Allow to fry. Add the mashed ginger,stir and allow to fry for few seconds. Add tomatoes and stir.
- Once the mixture is ready add potatoes. Stir well then add the beans. Stir and add 4 cups of water then cover and allow to cook until the potatoes are soft enough.
