- Add all the spices and sauces.
- Mix water and sides of the bread.
- Mash the stuffing and let it cool.
- Take a bread slice,wet it with water and put a small ball of stuffing.
- Fold in triangle shape and keep in fridge for 15-20 mins.
- Then either shallow fry in a griller pan with less oil.
- Or air-fry them in air-fryer.
- Serve hot with cup of hot tea and schezwan chutney.
