- Coarsely grind 3/4th of the corn kernels with onion and chilli.
- In a bowl pour the corn mixture, add leftover corn, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves, soya sauce, chopped garlic, gram flour, semolina, grated potatoes and oregano then mix well. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat an appe pan, grease it, then pour 1 tbsp batter in each hole. Add oil on each pakoda side, cover and cook each side till golden brown in colour, serve hot with tomato sauce.
