  11. Sprinkle oregano and maggi masala

  13. To prepare momos chutney…boil red chillis and potatoes for around 10 min
  14. Sieve the water…peel off tomato…ground them all to make a paste
  15. Then turn of tadka…take oil in pan..add garlic, saute a little,add chutney….sugar, salt, vinegar.
  16. Boil it..chutney is ready.let it cool.

Because they are so light on the stomach, they taste so good. I also love the fact that they do not contain any white flour because they are made with whole wheat flour.
