- Take yogurt, brown bread and chhoped all the veggies like carrot, tomato,onion,cabbage,capsicum or whatever you like.
- Now add all the chhoped veggies in yogurt along with salt and black pepper. Mix it well.spread the mixture on bread slice evenly.
- Take 1/2tsp butter on tawa add some mustard seeds crackle it and then put the toast on tawa.Roast/grill and crisp it from the sides.
- Crunchy and crispy yogurt toast is ready to serve with ketchup and green chutney.
