- Soak half and hour rice and dal and wash properly. Then take a pressure cooker put ghee heat then add dal & rice saute properly add salt then add 1 glass of water.
- Give 1 vessel. Then open it add half spoon of ghee and mix it. If you need water then add keep it on slow flame lastly give rai ka tadka with ghee. Serve with Curd or aloo fry. Ready to eat simple & Best lunch or dinner - DAL KHICHDI
