- Firstly take a bowl add besan and curd. Mix well.
- Take a kadai heat oil, add mustard seed, jeers, dried chilli, coriander seeds methi.
- Add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste. Then it's looks brown add salt, turmeric powder,chilli powder. after add besan curd paste. mix for 15 mins. After some time mixture will start to thickness. Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
