  1. Mash the potatoes add salt chilli powder,amchoor powder, coriander and green chopped green chillies.
  2. For making besan batter add salt and other ingredients of Ghol and keep it aside
  3. For assembling bread pakoras slice the bread pieces into rectangular slices apply mashed potato mixture evenly on the slice and cover this slice with another slice
  4. Dip into the besan batter to coat the bread. Deep fry these bread pakoras in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden brown
