- Take 2 boiled potatoes

- Get 4 cheese cube
Instructions to make Ginnie Dosa:
- Peel and Cut boiled potatoes, in a pan heat oil add mustard seeds,let them splutter, curry leaves, Ginger chilli paste, boiled potatoes, haldi and salt give it a mix and let it cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Heat tawa, sprinkle some water and wipe off tawa, spread dosa batter.
- On dosa spread add some chopped onions, cabbage, capsicum, add 2tbs of potato masala, 1tbs of Schezwan chutney, masala and 1 tbs of butter.
- Mash it on dosa itself and let it cook for a min. Then add 1 cube grated cheese and roll it, cut and serve hot.
