Steps to make Italian Gnocchi:
  1. Put potatoes, semolina, flour, curd, and salt in the bowl and knead well, and rest for 30 minutes so that the semolina flourishes,
  2. Then after that, take a dough and give a shape just like image. Now, cut it small pieces, and give it shape with the help of the fork, as I have shown in the image,
  3. Starts boiling water in the pan, then put the small pieces of the dough in to boiled water. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Take a two tbsp oil in pan, add ginger, garlic, little bit fry. - Put all vegetables carrots, capsicum, mushrooms, green chillies, green onions, some coriander leaf in to pan. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar, oregano and cheese. - Cook 5 minuts. and serve.
