- Fold chapati in half (half moon shaped).
- Heat skillet/tawa. Once nicely heated, lower flame to medium. Place the quesadilla on the tawa and with a spatula, keep pressing on it so that the chapati doesn't fluff and gets crisp in the bottom.
- Cook for a minute and flip it carefully. Now press this side for the bottom to be crisp for another minute. Lower flame if it's browning quickly.
- Serve these with heat sauce on the side.
