  12. Take 1 tsp garam masala powder

Steps to make Paneer Makhni:
  1. First. Apply salt and red chilli powder on both sides of paneer and fry both side in a non stick pan with very little oil. Once it's fried nicely cut medium cubes and keep aside.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan. Saute onions till pink. Then add kaju and whole kashmiri mirchi to it Fry till brown. Allow it to cool down and grind to a fine paste. Keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a non stick add whole garam masala fry fr a min. Add ginger garlic and green Chillis chopped fry till u get good smell. Add tomato puree and cook on high for 5 mins then add grounded onion kaju paste tandoori masala and garam masala powder Mix well cook in cook for 10 to 15 mins keep stirring in between kaju paste should not stick to the pan.
  4. Then add planner kasuri methi milk all other ingredient cook well for 5 mins.
  5. Serve with coriander leaves and a dollop of butter
