Whisk in stock, mango chutney, soy sauce and cayenne pepper, stirring as you bring it to a boil. Taste for seasoning, and serve, spooning gravy over the steaks. Slice both ends off the mango, revealing the long, slender seed inside. Set the fruit upright on a work surface and remove the skin with a sharp knife.
Instructions to make Mango gravy:
- Peel the mangoes
- Mixer: 4tsp coconut + 2 tsp rasam powder +1 red chilli + turmeric+water. Grind it.
- In pan add oil + mustard seeds +urrad dal + curry leaves + Channa dal+ hing+mango +step 2 mixer ingredients and sauté for 5 mins adding jaggery and salt.
- Add coriander leaves on the top for aroma and flavor. Serve this with rice or Roti.
