- In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 kg of chicken then add a spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of tikka masala, 1/2 tsp of Chat Masala,1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder, Salt per taste. Now add 2 tsp of a spoon and mix thoroughly.
- Put the coal piece in the metal bowl and put the bowl in the middle. Pour the butter on the hot coal and immediately cover the bowl.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry. drain excess oil on tissue paper.
- Serve hot with chutney or Tomato ketchup
