- Boiled the lentils and rice
- Chop the vegetables,onions,ginger and green chilli
- Pour some ghee in the kadhai and add cumin, Fenugreek,mustard seeds and add ginger and curry leaves and allow them to crackle
- Add the chopped onions,green chill and vegetables in to the kadai
- Add some turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste mix all together and add the dal rice mixer and cook all together for 10 min on slow flame
- Garnish with some ghee and coriander and serve hot
