  3. Take the roti, with finger apply the sides of the chapati with maida mix. At the centre put a dollop of mix and roll up the roti and stick off well.
  4. Now dip quickly into a batter made from ingredients from 5-10,tap off excess.
  5. Shallow fry in a pan of 4-5 tablespoon of oil.
  6. Serve hot with any chatpata sauce or ketchup!
