  1. Kadhai gas par rakhiye usmein ghee daal deejiye,ghee garam hone ke baad usmein sooji daal deejiye aur kalachhee ki sahaayata se chalaate huye sooji ko bhooniye, 5 mins baad hi aap dekhenge ki sooji gulaabi hone lagee. sooji ko lagaataar chalaate rahana hai jab tak ki vah brown na ho jaye, sooji ka brown hone se pata lagata hai ki sooji bhun chukee hai.
  2. Sooji bhunane ke baad, paani aur chini daal deejiye, dheemi aur medium gas flame par halave ko pakane deejiye. kaju aur baadaam ko kaat leejiye. kismish ko danthal tod kar dho leejiye. ubaal aane ke baad,kaajoo aur kishamish halava mein daal kar mila deejiye aur thodi thodi der mein chalaate rahiye, thodi hi der mein ravadar sooji ka halava taiyaar ho jaayega. gas se utaar leejiye aur elaichi pees kar mila deejiye.
  3. Sooji ke halve ko serve kar saja deejiye. sooji ka halava taiyaar hai, garma garam sooji ka halava parosiye aur khaiye.
