- In another karahi add one cup water and two cups sugar and sir it. Add cardamom into it and stir it to make sugar syrup and kept it aside.
- Now add chana, khowa, maida, cardamom and dust baking powder and then mix it properly. Press the mixture with hands for 10-15 minutes. After that make small balls.
- Take a karahi and add ghee. Heat it and fry the small ball. Add this fried ball into sugar syrup and kept it for 10 minutes in low flame. Then serve it.
