- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces. Mix well with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the cake pan.
- Cut strawberries in half lengthwise. Line them with the cut surfaces touching the side of the pan.
- Line the strawberries in the middle of the pan to fill the space.
- Add sugar into the room temperature cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, milk, and heavy cream, and mix well. Add gelatin and mix well.
