  2. After 10 minute hm ek non stick wok lenge..aur usse gas par low flame per rekh lenge.ab usme ghee ka 1/4 part dal denge aur usme moong ki dal ko dal kar crispy aur golden brown hone tak roast kar lenge…….
  3. Ab moong ki dal ko strainer se chan lenge aur extra ghee nikal denge aur dal ko aachi tarha tandha hone denge…….
  4. Jab dal aachi traha se tandhi ho jayegi tb usse mixer me dlkr derdera pis lenge aur powder bana lenge………
  5. Ab ek wok lenge usme sieve kra hua ghee dalenge aur gas par low flame par dry fruits ko halka roast kar lenge aur nikal lenge…..
  6. Ab ussi ghee me moong dal ke powder ko dal denge aur ek do min roast kar lenge….ab hm continuously stir krte huye milk ko todha todha add krenge….jab yeh milk ko absorb kar le tb hm isme water add kar le aur jab water bhi absorb ho jaye tho isme 2spoon ghee dalenge aur bhun lenge baki bacha hua ghee hm sugar add krne baad dal lenge……
  7. Ab issme sugar add kar denge jab sugar melt ho jayegi tb hm ussme elaichi powder dl ke mix kar denge aur dry fruits add kar denge….ab iss me bacha hua ghee bhi add kar denge aur 3-4 min bhun lenge….aur ab 2-3 min ke liye dhak kar denge aur gas off kar denge…
