- Add the sushi vinegar from the 1 process to the freshly cooked ( 2 rice cooker cups) rice. Adjust how much sushi vinegar you use because it will be too sour if you use the whole amount of sushi vinegar.
- Add the flaked salmon and cucumber. Put the cucumber through water to wash off the salt and squeeze it and drain it before adding it.
- Mix the whole thing together quickly.
- Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds if you like and mix it quickly.
- Garnish lemon and it is ready! Squeeze the lemon on it if you want it to be sour.
