- Take one bowl mix above all the ingredients except oil, add little water to form batter.
- Here I am using grated carrot and cabbage, it's optional, u can choose different vegetables.
- Mix all the ingredients together keep aside for 10minutes
- Now Heat unniyapam chatti or cookware, pour into the oil in each hole and fill 1 tablespoon batter in per hole.
- Now flip into other side, once it get golden brown colour, transfer to the plate.
- #chutney: add grated coconut, coriander leaves, lemon juice, Green chilli, ginger, water and salt into the blender
- Grind together and serve with the fritters
