- As gram flour starts to change colour, after 10-12 minutes add melted ghee. Stir continuously for next 5-6 minutes. It will starts releasing ghee n will give a fragrant aroma.
- Remove the woke from gas oven n add the powdered sugar, mix well.
- Add the chopped nuts, stir well so that no lump are formed. Add Cardamom powder too..
- When it's lukewarm not hot, Now starts to make balls, not very small nor very big. Take a one tbs mix on your palm n make as in picture.
