Steps to make Pearl Millet Pakoras:
  1. In mixing bowl add both flours, chopped onion and fenugreek leaves, green chillies ginger paste, peppercorns powder and salt, add enough water to make pakoras batter.
  2. Heat oil for frying. Add soda bi carb in prepared batter and mix well. Take little little portion from prepared batter and drop gently in hot oil, few at a time. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden.
  3. Serve/ Relish Hot Delicious Pearl Millet Pakoras with hot tea/coffee.
