  12. Prepare 3 teaspoons Oil
  13. Make ready 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Instructions to make Mixed Vegetable Chutney:
  1. Heat two teaspoon of oil and fry chanadal, urad dal, red chillies till golden.
  2. Add roughly chopped onions, green chillies,garlic, Ginger, tomato and saute for few minutes. Add tamarind and required salt
  3. Then add mixed vegetables and saute well
  4. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool. Then blend them into fine paste
  5. Temper it with mustard seeds,curry leaves.
