  2. Heat enough Oil in a kadai for frying on a medium high heat. Drop small balls of the batter into it carefully. Fry on a medium-high heat to a high heat until golden brown and done. Fry in batches and do not over crowd the kadai.
  3. Serve them hot with any Chutney of your choice or our good old Ketchup which is everyone's favourite.
