  2. Get Sonf 1 Tsp.(table spoon)

  13. Make ready 1 Tsp Ginger and garlic paste

  15. Get 1/2 Tsp Pissi hue kashmiri laal Mirch
  16. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Jawatri
  17. Get 2 pinch Haldi
  18. Take 3 Tsp Wheat flour
  19. Prepare Sal to tastt
  20. Get 10-12 Black pepper saaabit
Steps to make Beef Nihari:
  1. Wash your hands before cooking and cover your head.Always Start with Bismillah.
  2. Grind and Mix all the spices. Then add haldi,salt and pissi laal Mirch in these spices.
  3. Take oil in a cooker and add beef.then add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Mix well with spoon and cook for 5 minutes.when you see change in colour of meat then add all the spices and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. When all the spices are fully mixed with the meat after 10 min. Then add water and cover the cooker for 20 minutes on medium flam
  6. After 20 minutes when meat becomes tender or soft.then add wheat flour and water mixture.
  7. While adding wheat flour, make sure to keep stirring continuously with spoon and then cover for 5 minutes.
  8. Now we will make Tarka for nihari. Take a pan and add 2 Tsp.oil then add zeera and 1 Tsp. Kashmiri laal Mirch pissi hue and cook for 1 min and then add it to the meat.
  9. Now it's ready to serve.
