  1. In grated purple cabbage add 1/4 tsp of salt,mix well and keep aside.
  2. In mixing thali mix besan, wheat flour, green chillies ginger paste, dhaniya jeera powder and red chilli powder.
  3. Add oil on it, mix grated purple cabbage with flours mixture..to make a soft dough. Add salt to taste if necessary.
  4. Divide prepare dough into 3 equal portions. Roll into cylindrical shape rolls as shown. Place on thali with holes for steaming muthiya. Place this in steamer, steam for 20 mins. Cool before cutting into pieces.
  5. In small tadka pan add & heat ghee. Add mustard, cumin and sesame seeds. As splutter add curry leaves and off the flame. Pour this tempering on cut muthiya pieces. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve Delicious Purple Cabbage Muthiya with green coriander chutney.
