  2. Get 1 small piece ginger cut into julliene

  7. Make ready 2 sticks cinnamon

  13. Prepare 1 tsp heaped kasuri methi

  15. Take 1/4 cup cream

Steps to make Paneer Makhani:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera and cinnamon sticks and let them crackle. Now add the sliced onion and saute for a few minutes. Add kaju and ginger garlic paste. Cook till onions are soft.
  2. Next add the sliced tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Add salt, haldi, dhania powder and red chilli powder. Cook till the raw smell of masalas go away. Cool down and grind to a smooth paste.
  3. Mean while in a pan melt some butter. Add julliene ms of inger and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds. Now add the paneer cubes and fry them from all sides till slight golden.
  4. In another vessel take some oil and add the ground masala paste. Roast for a few minutes. Add kasuri methi and mix well. Add the fried paneer and cook for a few minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding little water.
  5. Lastly add the cream and mix well. Serve hot with parathas.
