  31. Prepare 2 cup Indian padi/crackers/tortilla chips

  34. Get 4-5 tbsp mint garlic coriander chutney
  35. Get 2 tbsp butter
  36. Take 2 tbsp muradabadi masala
  37. Make ready 1/4 cup boondi
  38. Get 2 tbsp mint leaves
  39. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  40. Get 2 tbsp dry garlic chutney

  42. Take 3 tbsp sweet chutney

Steps to make Chaat Muradabadi:
  1. For dal:- Rinse and soak the yellow moong dal in the water for atleast an hour and discard the water.
  2. Add the dal into a pressure cooker and add water, salt, haldi and ghee and put the lid on.
  3. Let it cook on medium heat for two whistle. Let it release naturally and open the lid.
  4. For masala:- Lightly roast and grind all the ingredients in a grinder.
  5. For chutney:- Firstly collect all the ingredients. And coarsely grind and adjust seasoning when done.
  6. Assemble the chaat:- when it's time to serve the dish heat the dal to a boil.
  7. In a serving bowl crush padi and ladle in the warmer dal.
  8. Add a little a bit of every topping on top one by one. And the dish is ready to serve.
