Instructions to make Tortilla Rolls:
  1. In mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,baking powder and knead soft dough adding water and cover keep aside for 15min and knead dough well and make balls and roll it and roast both sides,make all totillas like this.
  2. Soak rajma beans overnight and pressure cook adding chillies tometoes,garlic. Heat oil in a pan add onions fry for a while then add rajma and mix it and mash the beans,add salt, chilly powder mix it well sprinkle corriander leaves filling is ready.
  3. Keep ready the salad ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Now take tortilla spread it fill rajma masala in centre top with sour cream and cheese and salad and make roll folding sides and roast both sides applying ghee.
  5. Arrange it in serving plate with salad and sour cream and enjoy.
