  1. I used a dough starter from wild yeast. I add the APF and water. I add salt and sugar. I knead slightly till slightly sticky.
  2. I leave on a warm place for about an hour in warm weather.
  3. The dough is very elastic. I stretch it with my fists and spread it on a hot greased or floured preheated pizza stone.
  4. I brush olive oil on the stretched dough then sprinkle the zaatar. I add extra olive oil over any dry zaatar.
  5. Put it in a preheated 180 degrees C oven for about 20 min.
  6. Eat for breakfast.
