- Take a bowl add paneer, potatoes, cornflour, redchilli powder, ginger, salt paper powder and green chilli in a bowk and mix well. Divide the mixture into even sized balls.
- Put kaju and raisins in a small bowl and mix well. Stugfeach paneer ball with this mixture.
- Oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls, until golden brown.. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves and sae, add spinach puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in tomato puree and mix well.
- Add haldi powder, Coriander powder and salt, cook for 5-my
- Add 1-cup water, mix and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simy for 5-7minites, add garam masala powder and mix well cook for a 1-minutes
- Pour the gravy into a serving dish and arrange the koftas on top. Serve hot garnished with the cream
