- Take 2 tsp almonds
- Prepare 1 tsp jeera
- Make ready 6 cloves garlic
- Prepare 4 tomatoes
- Take Salt, red chilli powde,r kasturi methi, garam masala
- Get 1 tsp fresh cream for decoration
Steps to make Soya Aloo kofta:
- Boil Potatoes and mash them. Add chopped corianderleaves, salt, jeera powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice
- Soak soya granules in water for 10 minutes. Heat a cooker. Add 1 tsp oil, jeera, onion, ginger garlic paste and fry gor 5 minutes. Add drained soya, chopped tomatoes and all the spices. Fry gor 2 minutes. Add half cup water and close the lid. Cook till 2 whistles.
- Take lemon sized balls of potatoes mixture and fill it with 1 tsp soya mixture. Make a ball and roll it in bread crumbs.
- Heat appe pan and brush it with 1 tsp oil. Place koftas in it. Cook for 1 minute. Turn the sides and cook it on other side
- Take a non stick pan and dry roadted almonds, jeera garlic tomatoes ginger and garam masala. Cool it and grind it.
- Boil the gravy. Add kasturi methi and remove from heat.
- To serve place koftas in a serving dish and pour hot gravy over it. Sprinkle coriander leaves and fresh cream.
