  25. Make ready 2 onion paste
  26. Take 1 tomato paste
  27. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  29. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  30. Prepare 1 tbsp Dhania powder
  31. Make ready 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  32. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  33. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  34. Take 1 tbsp sugar
  35. Get 1 tbsp Kasoori methi
  36. Take 4 tbsp oil
Steps to make Paneer Malai kofta:
  1. Grind onion into fine paste. Take all the ingredients of kofta and mash well
  2. Mix all the ingredients for filling in kofta. Heat oil in a Wok and add onion paste and cook for few minutes. Then add powder spices and cook for few minutes
  3. Add tomato paste and cook covered
  4. Add white paste with curd and cook covered.
  5. Cook till masala leaves oil.
  6. In kofta fill the chilled cream mixture and make smooth balls and roll on cornflour before frying into golden colour.
  7. Deep fry balls till golden
  8. In gravy and water so that the gravy is thin and then add fried balls… Cook on slow heat
  9. Take out in a bowl and garnish with cream
  10. The balls are so soft that it melts in mouth
  11. Put the balls in gravy 10 minutes before serving.. Enjoy with roti or rice
