Instructions to make Mutton Chops:
    1. Wash and drain the chops in a colander
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Rub onto the chops making sure they are fully coated
  2. Next add the oil and lemon juice and mix well - Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours - overnight works best
  3. Heat oil in a large wide based non stick frying pan - Once it's nearly smoking hot add the chop
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes & turn the side and add any leftover marinade and keep turning and basting with oil and marinade as you cook further
  5. Cook chops till done to your preference - Remove and serve immediately.
