- Dip kaju and paneer in water.Then boil onion and lehsun,make the paste of kaju,lehsun,pyaj ilaichi,long.
- For making mixture,add 2 table spoon milk.
- Mash paneer,make a dove of it.make small bolls with stuffings of kaju,badam in it.
- For gravy,take a pan,add 2 spoons of ghee,add tejpan,long and kaichi 2,2 in it.saute for 1/2minute add kaju badam paste in it.continuous stir it up to 2/3boils until it releases ghee,Then add 1/4cup of milk,cover it with lid and cook it for 3 minutes.Now add salt as per taste then add 1 tsp.garam masala and 1tsp.black pepper.and put it for 2 minutes.
- At the time of serving,take one bowl and in it 2, 2bolls of paneer,pour gravy on it.paneer mastani is ready to serve with any roti,paratha,orr nan,tandoori roti.π
