  18. Prepare 2 tbsp fresh cream
  19. Take 1.5 cup paneer cubes
  20. Make ready 2 tbsp coriender chopped
  21. Make ready 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
Instructions to make Paneer Butter Masala:
  1. In a large kadai heat 2 tsp butter, saute onion, ginger chopped, garlic cloves, 4 minutes. Now add tomato and cashew cook for 10 minutes till tomatoes turn soft.
  2. Cool completely and transfer to blender, blend to smooth paste.(Add water if required)
  3. In a kadai heat 2 tbsp butter and saute cumin seeds, cardamoms, bayleaf. Add prepared onion tomato paste saute well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, saute till oil separate from sides.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water, salt mix well cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add fresh cream mix well. Also add paneer cubes and mix gently.
  7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Further add coriender leaves, kasuri methi, mix well.
  8. Enjoy Paneer butter masala with roti or naan.
