  3. Turn on the stove to medium heat and bring the rice to a boil (add the weed if you have it available). Lower the heat and place the lid over the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes (depends on the rice, pot, water, environmental..)
  4. Prepare the sushi vinegar. Heat the vinegar sugar and salt together till it melts. Take it off and pour into the rice pot, stir in gently.
  5. Turn off the stove, take the lid off place a damp cloth over the pot and place the lid over.
  6. Give the rice time to cool (i use small fan)
  7. Slice the cucumber and carrot (you can also add avocado and other vegetables)
  8. Cut the fish
  9. Make the roll (use online tutorials if needed)
  10. Enjoy
