Steps to make Paneer Makhani:
  1. Take one pan add chopped tomato, oinion, garlic, ginger, tej patta red dry chilli, kaju, tarbuja seed add 1glass of water closed lead and heat for 15 min
  2. After 15 min off the gas and cooled down after make a fine paste of vegetables also add curd in to mici jar
  3. Heat the pan add butter in to pan add garlic ginger paste and add pieces of paneer saute for 2-5 min
  4. Slightly change the colour of paneer take a one bowl add red chilli powder turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt mix with water and add in to paneer pan saute for 5min until butter come out
  5. Add fine paste gravy in a pan and mix welladd salt as per taste water as per requirement close the lid in a cook in slow flame for 10-15 min add fresh coriander and fresh cream
  6. Now ready your paneer makhani
  7. Serve with naan paratha
