Add sugar into the kheer once the sabudana become transparent and milk and sabudana falls together while dripping from the spoon. A pudding prepared using Sago Pearls. Add water and cook until it becomes soft. Switch off the flame and add the Milk Powder, Rose Essence and Nuts. Method: I used the nylon variety of sago which is very small and mildly transparent as you can see in the pics.
