  18. Prepare 2 Tbsp Cashew nut paste for gravy

Instructions to make Kaju Panner Masala:
  1. Take oil in a frying pan. Put the paneer cubes and roast them on low flame (make sure it should not be brown). Keep aside. Now put the cashews and roast them on low flame until the golden brown and crunchy and keep aside.
  2. Now take butter in a pan, add bay leaf, cardamom, clove,cumin seeds and sauté on low flame, turns aromatic. Add chopped onion and sauté well until soften. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well until golden brown. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, garam masala, salt and sauté well until the aromatic.Now add tomato puree and mix well.
  3. And boil it for 10 minutes. Now you can see oil is leaving the pan sides. Now add Cashew nut paste and mix well. Oil separates. Now add fresh cream and mix well. Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well, adjust consistency. Now add roasted paneer and cashews and mix well. Simmer for 3 minutes,flavoured absorbed. Now add Kasuri methi and chopped coriander, mix it well.Now Kaju paneer Masala is ready to serve :)
