  1. Get 400 gms Paneer cut into triangular pcs,

  7. Get 1 tbsp kaju paste

  17. Prepare For marination:
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste diluted

Steps to make Dhaniya Paneer:
  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl, add diluted ginger garlic paste & salt, mix it well.
  2. Add paneer pcs, merinate it for 1 hr, keep aside.
  3. Now take a pan, add desi ghee, heat it, shallow fry paneer pieces till light brown. Keep aside.
  4. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
  5. Add dalchini, saute it for a sec.
  6. Now add chopped onion, stir fry it till light brown.
  7. Add ginger garlic grated, saute it till light brown.
  8. Mix all powdered masala with dahi, add it to the masala, mix it well, add salt also.
  9. Add kaju paste now, stir it.
  10. Add brown onion paste, mix well. Cook it at moderate flame for a while.
  11. Now add a good amount of dhania patta chopped, stir it nicely. Add paneer pieces now. Stir it gently.
  12. Sprinkle some water, cover it with the lid, give a dum for 5-7 minutes at low flame.
  13. Open the lid after a while.
  14. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & slitted green chilli.
  15. It's a main course dish.
