- Prepare 200 gm filo sheets
- Prepare 2 eggs
- Take 1.5 cups grated cheese

- Use already prepared rajma as we prepare for rajma chawal… mash is slightly. In a bowl add the mashed rajma, crumbled paneer and 2tbsp grated cheese. Mix well
- On filo sheets brush a little oil. Spread the rajma mix and roll as shown. Then place in the greased baking dish.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs then add the yogurt,sprinkle some salt and pepper and the remaining cheese. Whisk well.
- Pour the egg mixture on the rolled filo sheets and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.
- Bake the banitsa in the oven for 20-25 mins at 180°c. Serve hot or cold
